Rafael Garcia promoted to Director of Technology

SAN ANTONIO, 12 MARCH 2020 — Blue Duck, a Texas-based electric scooter company operating in Texas and the Southeastern U.S., has hired Brigette Lajoie as Sales and Proposal Manager.

Ms. Lajoie previously managed proposals for Charleston-based Gotcha, a micromobility company. At Blue Duck, she will work with the teams responsible for government partnerships and corporate fleets to develop leads and produce proposals to expand the company’s operations. Ms. Lajoie has a bachelor’s degree in international studies from West Virginia University.

Additionally, he works closely with the company’s operations teams daily to increase operational efficiency.
